1. Information We Collect
Refund Pocket does not require an account and does not store personal information on its servers.
2. Receipt Information
Receipt photos are read only on your phone. Recognized information (such as amount, date, and refund operator) is stored only in this device's browser storage (localStorage). Lines containing personal information, such as passport numbers, are not saved. This information is removed when you clear your browser data or delete it in the app. If you tap “Save backup file”, your receipt records are saved as a file to the place you choose (your device, email, messenger, etc.). Refund Pocket does not receive this file.
3. Third-Party Services
The site is provided through NAVER Cloud Platform (Object Storage and Global Edge), with a backup copy on Cloudflare Pages, and barcode and text recognition program files are downloaded from jsDelivr. These services may retain access logs, including your IP address and browser information. Receipt photos are not sent to these services.
4. Email Inquiries
If you contact us by email, your sending address and message are used only to reply and send launch announcements. We will delete them promptly upon request.
5. Analytics and Cookies
We currently do not use visitor analytics tools or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy before applying the change.
6. Your Rights
You may delete your app data or request deletion of email records at any time.
